Online classes are conducted by Zoom video conferencing. You’ll need a laptop computer, iPad/tablet, or smart mobile device. The Zoom app is free and you can download the app at zoom.us/support/download and open a free account.
Within 24 hours after purchase you will receive a confirmation email with the ID# and password that allows you to access the Zoom classes.

For those of you who have been rolling for years and are now lost without Anthony on a weekly basis. Look no further, this is the class for you during this stay-at-home period. I will be the first to say (and admit online) that commitment to daily, weekly, monthly, is like most, “only when I go to a class”. This has been the most I have rolled in years (cue Anthony’s look). Wished that this was always available as it makes it that much easier to participate in a class without getting dress up to go out. Hoping that this keeps me motivated, and you out there as well. Thanks again Anthony for introducing all of us to this great method of taking care of our fascia!

I just joined the on-line Zoom Fascianator Method classes last month (April 2020).
Within the first two weeks I took the class, I saw many unexpected benefits–and most had to do with my feet! An incipient hammer toe that a few of my friends has pointed out to me is disappearing; a stubborn tingling and pain on the top of my feet is almost gone; the knobby look of the toes on my right foot (all of which I’ve broken over the years) is gone; and the hard, dry bumps of skin that have grown on my big toes are softer and less visible.
This week (my 3rd week of 5+ classes per week) I noticed my posture improving. Not only is it easier to sit and stand up straight, but also the pronounced curve of my spine is less noticeable and more correctable for me for the first time since high school. (I am now 73.)
And a note of praise for Anthony. He is the consummate teacher. Each class is an anatomy lesson as he is a fountain of information on the body and body mechanics; he is always cheerful and encouraging, and he is full of stories and anecdotes that make the time in class pass quickly.
Using the fascianator is a far from painless process for someone like me who has been in two debilitating car wrecks, but I look forward to the 6-day-a-week classes each day they are offered. Thank you, Anthony. You are the best. You inspire me to continue Fascianator rolling for the long haul so your Method can do good for my hip arthritis, finger stiffness, rotator cuff surgeries aftermath, painful knees, 25-year long whiplash issues, scoliosis–to just begin the litany of my problems.

In 2015, after lots of knee pain and an x-ray showing end-stage arthritis, I received an email that our association was bringing in a class called “Roll Your Pain Away”. I knew I had to try it otherwise the next step for me would be knee replacement surgery. After rolling with Anthony in the class for a couple of months, my pain subsided. It’s been almost 6 years of rolling and I truly believe that I will not need surgery as long as I continue to roll my pain away! We are new to the Fascianator, by several weeks. Committed to a consistent workout schedule for many years, including yoga, I have come to feel in good shape progressively. That said, my body remained very stiff (hips) and less than flexible, and my lower back is chronically sore. I attributed this to being older and sitting for prolonged periods, which I need to do for work. I also had an episode of plantar fasciitis several years ago, which has seen my balance still being off.
Since starting using the Fascianator and attending the Zoom classes, my balance has surprisingly improved, and I have something of an arch in my feet (I have had flat feet all my life). And, I have resumed doing jumping jacks, as opposed to side Jack’s. My lower back and posture has improved, and I can do more push-ups and hold various plank positions much longer. And, sitting at my desk for eight-plus hours during the workday has been much less painful.
In summary, the Fascianator has become a critical addition to our workout routine, filling a niche that nothing else yet could fill. I would highly recommend using the Fascianator and the classes, for the improvements were realized quickly and will reinforce continued use for many years.

The pandemic has resulted in me working from home and spending upwards 8-10 hours a day in front of my computer screen both on zoom calls and typing reports. My hands and lower back have taken a beating. While I have been very consistent with doing exercise classes and using a foam roller, as Anthony clears states, “the fascianator is not a foam roller” and now I can see why. After only of few weeks of the class and Anthony’s guidance, my hands are less achy and stiff and my lower back is much more flexible. The fascianator is able to get to muscles that I did not realize were tight. Anthony also does a great job of educating his students on how the body works and in particular emphasizing the mind/body connection. Our emotional health and physical health are intertwined. In doing so, he helps all of us take more ownership of our health. And he does it all with a great sense of humor and a real passion for health and wellness!

The Fascianator class with Anthony Chrisco was what I have been looking for. It has been about four years since first rolling out on the Fascianator and having the Zoom class has been a God send. When I fell and could not see a chiropractor due to the pandemic, Anthony’s Fascianator class helped me recover. I was able to roll away the pain in my neck and back within a couple of weeks. Rolling makes me feel better every time. I also walk taller, my neck and shoulders are less tense and I feel in more control over my well-being.
