This introductory class is about helping our bodies unlearn old and inefficient breathing patterns so that we can introduce more oxygen delivery to our tissues and organs including the heart and brain by encouraging lower, slower, deeper breaths.  The most important thing to know is that over-breathing limits oxygenation and the root cause of all disease is a deficiency of oxygen at the cellular level.”  There is a much bigger and deeper science behind this, but that is thoroughly explained in the Bryan’s 4 week program.
