After sharing the Fascianation Method of Self-Myofascial Release (SMR) with friends for 2 years she decided to get certified and teach others to take back their fascial health, as it is a perfect complement to what she has been sharing for the past 10 years as a way to Empower Health and achieve Your Best Future Self!
The toe-to-head body rolling techniques you will learn will relax stiff and achy joints and muscles. During class you will feel a wonderful sense of warmth from improved blood and lymphatic circulation. You will also improve your flexibility, posture, breathing, digestion, and energy. Whether you suffer from chronic stiffness, pain, or just want to enhance your athletic performance, this class is for you! Reset, rebalance, restore, and revitalize.
You’ll need a computer or smart device with internet access, yoga mat, Fascianator roller, towel and water. Dress comfortably: Exercise clothing that is not too baggy.
