Discover the benefits of self-myofascial release in this Fascianation Method rolling class. Developed here in Oahu, The Fascianation Method is a tremendous gift of self-care, as the process helps relieve tension that can be the root cause of many musculoskeletal ailments. The toe-to-head body rolling techniques that you will learn will relax stiff and achy joints and muscles. During class you will feel a wonderful sense of warmth from improved blood and lymphatic circulation. You will also improve your flexibility, posture, breathing, digestion, and energy.  Reset, rebalance, restore, and revitalize. 

Bring a yoga mat, towel and water. Please dress comfortably.  Exercise clothing or clothing that is not too baggy.
